Mark Scalzo, Chief Executive Officer
Mark has overseen operations and management of the firm for over thirty years. In addition, he is the contact for acquisitions/dispositions of assets. Mark also oversees development and construction for the firm. Prior to Hill Investment he was Director of Management at Phillips and Associates. Mark, an RPA, holds a BA from the University of Washington, attended University of Puget Sound School of Law and sits on numerous community and professional boards.
Douglas Cook, Chief Financial Officer
Doug is a CPA who oversees all the financial matters of the firm. Doug joined the company in 1994. He holds a BA from the University of Washington as well as Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Laura Peterson, Tenant and Building Services Manager
Laura is the relationship manager for our tenants. If tenants have an issue Laura is the point of contact. Her adaptability and problem-solving skills create a responsive, positive environment which helps enable the tenants to thrive.
Katie Goodrich, Accounting Manager
Katie brings a diversified skillset to the position. She tackles all accounting issues that ownership, tenants or vendors may have. She provides answers in a prompt, accurate and concise manner. Katie holds a BA from the University of Southern California and a JD from the University of Virginia
Patricia Roberts, Assistant Property Manager
Patty handles both the administrative duties of the office as well as assisting in property management tasks. Her versatility and willingness to find solutions are an asset to tenants and vendors alike.
